An exclusive pizzeria at Fispal, in
partnership with CTP (Technological Center for the Development of Pizzas and
Pasta), where renowned pizza chefs will make presentations, demonstrating their
techniques for making different types of pizza. There will be four days of
knowledge exchange and lots of tasting.

The project creates an environment for
exchange and relationships between operators and food service technology
companies. Within the arena, varied themes will be presented, ranging from
solutions to customer relationship up to business management tools.
